5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is applicable only to the account of the member for whom it was issued.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus from multiple accounts will result in cancellation and the account may be suspended.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the conditions have been met.
• 3k999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Weekly cashback under the VIP program is paid at fixed rates: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, Platinum — up to 1.0%.

• Game outcomes are determined by a third-party verified Random Number Generator (RNG) — results are completely impartial.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 3k999 and any such activity may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors on the platform.
• Using another member's account or placing bets on their behalf.
